Diagnoses the action, immediately locates the ball, and works hard to make plays. Slides off blocks laterally, immediately changes his angle of attack, and redirects to the ball-carrier. Displays an array of moves working to get off blocks.

NEGATIVES: Small and slow shedding blocks once engaged. Struggles against larger opponents.

ANALYSIS: Baldwin is a prospect flying under the radar screen at the present time. He lacks the size to be an every-down player in the NFL, yet he has enough talent to get consideration as a pass-rush specialist.
