He is another guy that started as a defensive lineman but moved to CENTER early in his career. He has better quickness than overall speed, but he really gets by on his instincts and intelligence. He is a very alert player that puts himself in good position and really comes off the ball well. He is not a real big physical guy and he can have some problems with an overpowering nose tackle. He also needs to improve his overall pass protection skills and hand use, but he is an excellent angle blocker and is rarely out of position. He is not an exciting player, but a solid guy with a nice upside if he can get a little more physical.
