Dallas ends Edmonton's season for third straight year
The Edmonton Oilers are Star-crossed. For the third consecutive season, Edmonton was sent packing by the Dallas Stars. Brett Hull scored the game-winning goal, giving the Stars a 3-2 Game 5 victory and finishing off the Oilers four games to one in the best-of-seven series. Edmonton now has lost 12 of its last 14 postseason games against Dallas.
