    Sushi Rolls

    Ingredients:
    * 2 cups Sushi Rice

    1. 4 tablespoons of vinegar
    2. 2 tablespoons of sugar
    3. 2 teaspoons of salt
    * Nori (Seaweed sheets)
    * Wasabi paste
    * Vegetables and seafood (any you like)

    Tools: * Makisu (bamboo mat) * Plastic wrap (to cover bamboo mat)

    Preparing Dashi soup stock:
    1. Warm 3 cups of water and 2 pieces of kelp over medium heat
    2. Remove kelp before water begins to boil
    3. Add 1 cup dried Bonito Flakes
    4. Boil for 2 minutes then strain

    Preparing Sushi rice:
    1. Mix 4 tablespoons of vinegar with 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 teaspoons of salt.
    2. Mix thoroughly
    3. Add vinegar mix to 2 cups of hot steamed short grain rice 4. Mix with hands

    Now you are ready to make Sushi!

    Preparing Sushi:
    1. Place bamboo mat in front of you
    2. Lay seaweed sheet on top
    3. Spread rice on seaweed sheet evenly
    4. Add Wasabi paste evenly
    5. Add your favorite ingredients to the center of the rice (avocado, crab, cucumber, eel, etc.)
    6. Now roll, cut and enjoy!
