Fourth time's the charm

After coming up short in three previous showings, Los Angeles finally won an MLS title on Sunday, defeating the New England Revolution 1-0 on an overtime goal from Carlos Ruiz. But the Galaxy failed to win their second trophy in a week, falling to Columbus 1-0 in the U.S. Open Cup title game.
