1 Michael TURNER

FALCONS RB

YOU CAN'T blame coach Mike Smith and offensive coordinator Dirk Koetter for wanting to scale back Turner's role in Atlanta's offense. The Burner's typically solid final stat line for 2011 (1,340 yards and 11 touchdowns) masked his disappearing explosiveness; he averaged 56.0 rushing yards from Weeks 12 through 16. At 30 and entering his ninth NFL season, Turner may be at the end of his heyday.

2 Reggie BUSH

DOLPHINS RB

BUSH ESSENTIALLY hit triple 7s last season, staying healthy for almost the entire year (he missed only the last game) after sitting out 10 games over the 2009 and '10 seasons because of injuries. Due to his good health, Bush had a career rushing year (216 carries, 1,086 yards, 6 TDs). But do you really believe he's going to stay injury-free again? When he goes down next time, he'll be chum for hungry and talented backs Daniel Thomas and Lamar Miller.

3 Vincent JACKSON

HANDING A mercurial receiver like Jackson a five-year, $55.6 million contract is asking for trouble. That's not the only red flag. After the last six years with Philip Rivers in San Diego, Jackson's quarterback is now Josh Freeman, who took a big step back in 2011 (22 interceptions). And in new coach Greg Schiano's run-heavy offense, V-Jax won't have nearly the same number of opportunities he enjoyed in the Chargers' high-powered air attack.
