MIX AND MATCH DSTS, IF NECESSARY
OWNERS WHO WAIT UNTIL THE PENULTIMATE ROUND TO draft a defense are often stuck with a mediocre unit. If your DST is not producing consistently, dump it and, instead, pick up a defense that has a favorable matchup against a poor offense. Repeat weekly though the end of the season. Even poor DSTs can have huge stat lines against inept teams.
GET LUCKY
NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU PREPARE OR HOW WELL YOUR draft goes, you just cannot control whether your stud performers get hurt or whether you'll catch an unfavorable matchup during the fantasy playoffs. Of all the strategies, having good luck may be the most important of all.
