[ON THE DECLINE] Boldin's decline has been steady since joining the Ravens in 2010, and his targets figure to fall even more with the growth of Torrey Smith, Dennis Pitta and Ed Dickson, who have played a combined five NFL seasons. The positive news is that Boldin was tied for the team lead in red zone targets (12, but only four catches and one TD). Boldin's a low-upside fantasy reserve.

AGE: 30 BYE WEEK: 6 AUCTION: $1

[ON THE RISE] The veteran wideout disappointed owners who pounced on him after he started 2011 with back-to-back 100-yard games; he didn't have another one and often gave way to teammate Robert Meachem. Now that Meachem's in San Diego, No. 3 receiver and deep-threat duties will go to Henderson. His numbers could return to their '09 level, making him draftable.
