Manningham was displaced last year as the Giants' No. 2 receiver due to a nagging knee injury and the emergence of Victor Cruz. In San Francisco he faces another competitor: Randy Moss. If Moss is focused, then Manningham could be in trouble. This is a situation to continue to monitor because the survivor could have fantasy relevance.

AGE: 27 BYE WEEK: 7 AUCTION: $1

A free agent who fits perfectly as the Z receiver in Denver's three-wideout sets, Caldwell was underused in his four seasons in Cincinnati. That won't be a problem in Denver, where Peyton Manning can make even the No. 3 receiver, which Caldwell will be, productive. Look for him to get more opportunities in the Broncos' no-huddle, timing-based offense, but don't expect big numbers.
