Following a season in which Douglas set modest career highs across the board, the Falcons rewarded the slot receiver with a four-year, $10.5 million contract. He has never caught more than one TD in a season, however, and has just three games with five or more grabs. Only Roddy White or Julio Jones missing a long stretch of games would make Douglas pickup worthy.

The do-it-all game-breaker who starred at Notre Dame has not shown up in two seasons in Seattle, scoring just three times. As the team's third-most appealing receiver behind Sidney Rice and Doug Baldwin and in an offense built around the running and occasional pas catching of Marshawn Lynch, Tate only carries value if either Rice or Baldwin can't stay on the field.
