G.M. Phil Emery felt that the 6' 4" Jeffery had the best hands in the draft and dismissed the idea that his fluctuating weight (229 pounds) was an issue. The fat-cat risk is the only concern about Jeffery contributing immediately because his talent is unquestionable (remember, his breakout 2010 season came in the rugged SEC), and this offense needs his ability on the perimeter.

Upon signing the former Raider, G.M. Mike Tannenbaum said that Schilens "could catch 100 balls . . . or he could be a special-teamer." The latter is more likely, but it's Tannenbaum's confidence that sneaks Schilens onto the list. He won't catch 100 balls, but if he can beat out Jeremy Kerley and if Stephen Hill struggles as a rookie and if Mark Sanchez turns into Tom Brady, then he may get . . . 50.
