Since becoming head coach in 1990, Valorie Kondos Field has steadily built UCLA into one of the premier gymnastics programs in the country. Under her leadership, UCLA has won two national championships -- in 1997 and 2000. The Bruins are not only the defending national champions, but sport a freshman class of four Olympians.
